Content Analysis

Transcription Global provides both qualitative and quantitative content analysis services. Verbatim information from surveys and interview transcripts is segmented into appropriate categories that reflect the client's research objectives. Adjustments are made for the language and culture of the original data in order to provide uniform results across researched markets. Any important market-specific findings are highlighted separately. After categorising the data, Transcription Global summarises and distils the results into umbrella categories and provides an overall summary of findings by market, or if desired, across markets.

Verbatim quotes can be provided to support the findings. Quantitative presentation of findings, including basic statistical analysis and graphical presentation, can be provided for research with 30 or more respondents. A conceptual or “so-what” analysis of findings, together with recommendations, can be provided if desired. Transcription Global can also conduct basic mechanical analysis of qualitative data, including word and concept counts, and can code and statistically analyse quantitative data gathered from market research employing scales, multiple choice questions, etc. Content Analysis can also be undertaken in any world language. Second stage analysis can also be provided for specified projects.
