In line with our ISO 9001 ‘Quality Control Systems’ standard, our document translation process is quality assured from start to finish. Full control by the client allows monitoring of documents from the moment of upload until its return. Our advanced file management software will calculate costs on upload, allowing for full financial control at all times.

Document translators are recruited for their extensive experience in specific fields, and in particular, we look for recognised professional qualifications and industry affiliations. We only use the best translators in any specific field of work i.e. medical, market research or legal. Once the document translation is completed, the file is then subjected to a further quality assurance process in-house by our team of highly qualified project co-ordinators who are responsible for that particular language.
